Handwoven Rolling Window Shade PDF written tutorial with Video Link

This pattern is a little different than my other patterns, because it is heavy on "process" and light on the "pattern."

Grab a calculator, and get ready to design your own window shades! 

You will need: 

2 or 4 shaft loom, Rigid Heddle loom will work. Your loom needs to be wide enough to accommodate the width of your window shade. 

Strong cotton or linen for warp,12 epi recommended. 

Raffia ribbon

A rag shuttle or stick shuttle

Knowledge of plain weave.
